Koko was once again just outstanding! We used his innate design ability as well as his creative ideas to remodel our kitchen (removing a bathroom and expanding walls) back in 2021. We just used him again for our bathroom remodel and we could not be happier. He listened to what we wanted and provided unique and creative design ideas for our bathroom. Once we agreed on a style & layout (including moving a window and all new furnishings), Koko finalized the drawings and shepherded them thru the City. The plans were approved in less than a week…with ZERO changes. Could not have been an easier process. My wife and I strongly recommend Koko for your design and construction needs. Koko is a perfectionist in the best way. He not only saw our vision, he guided and perfected it to the last detail. We provided Koko with a few ideas and he returned beautiful three dimensional renderings of our dream design. The renderings showed our home from every direction and angle in both night and day and the design far exceeded our expectations. Once we agreed on the design, it was put to paper and quickly signed off by the city.
Koko didn’t stop there. He’s responded quickly to every question during construction with clear and logical answers. We’ve felt in capable hands from our initial idea, inception and construction. And Koko is so kind and even-tempered. If construction gets tricky, Koko has the answer. I cannot recommend Koko enough. Fair prices, excellent design and a really nice person. We worked with Koko on a remodel that included adding a few square feet to a second story bathroom, pretty typical problem for these small beach cities lots. Koko’s design did a great job and gave us a full soaking. His changes in our family room gave us a lot more space and have made us really happy to stay in our house. I wish I had taken him up on the offer for him to deal with the city paperwork, I did that myself and that was a mistake, it was a headache for me.
Koko was great designing our remodel. It’s not an easy task to create space in a small place but that’s exactly what Koko accomplished! We love the new units and our tenants are very lucky to have a beautiful place to call home!
